At Morita USA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

To qualify for a return:

- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may not qualify

Returns must be sent by mail.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We do not charge any restocking fees.
